How It Works
You can cancel your service appointment at any time before the scheduled visit, no questions asked and no cancellation fees.
We understand that plans change, and we want to give you the flexibility to manage your bookings without any hassle.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule instead of canceling, we’ll be more than happy to accommodate a new time that works for you.
No Penalties
There are absolutely no penalties or hidden charges for canceling. We want you to feel confident in choosing BuggDaddy Pest Solutions for your pest control needs, knowing you have full control over your appointments.

What are your service plans? How do I pay?
Each Commercial service plan is tailored and unique to the company we'll be servicing, for residential we offer two tiers of service plan Bugg Basic and Daddy Premium, but are willing to work with you for your specific needs as well! We'll consult you and work with you to tailor the perfect plan.
Paying is as simple as recieving an email with an electronic invoice that will take you to our trusted payment processor (Stripe) to complete payment. Our technicians are also capable of processing payment in the field!
What locations do you Service?
Bugdaddy Pest Control primarily services Danville and it's residents however we do provide service in a large number of locations!
These locations include (but may not be restricted entirely to) Hendricks county,Bainbridge, Amo, Advance, Crawfordsville, Plainfield, Avon, brownsburg, West side Indianapolis, and North Side Indianapolis.
